Alaska and Hawaii: Unfortunately, Little Partners is unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Standard shipping packages arrive within 3-7 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Little Partners is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Returns are only accepted for items purchased on the Littlepartners.com website. Little Partners does not accept returns of items purchased through any third-party, including its retail partners. To obtain further return information or to arrange to return your item please contact a Customer Service representative at 1-800-704-9058, Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET and Saturday 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET OR click the following button to begin the return process and create a shipping label.

All returned items must be shipped at the customer's expense unless previously agreed upon by Little Partners prior to shipping. By placing an order on Littlepartners.com, you are accepting this return policy. Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted.

If you’d like a refund, please note that per our returns policy, a 20% restocking fee and return freight will be deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive the item/s back in our warehouse, we will issue a refund less the return shipping fee and the restocking fee which will appear on your credit card statement within 10-12 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return.
