Carol Gamble, President / CEO
Carol is a resident of Shreveport and a native of Louisiana. She developed this product in response to her own daughter's need for a safe, stable stepstool to help Mom in the kitchen and with other activities. Carol has been trained as a Infant/Toddler Specialist by the Center for Montessori Teachers Education in New York. Creating spaces for young children to explore and discover the world around them is her passion.
Deb Heideman, Customer Service Manager

Bob Muniz, Director of Sales
Bob is responsible for the planning and execution of sales for little Partners' unique line of children's products. He has 35 years of sales and marketing experience, having logged time with juvenile product companies such as Bazoongi Kids, LLC, B-Bel, Inc., and Action Products International.
Tony Kuan, Production Manager
Tony oversees all areas of production and quality control, and is biligual in English and Mandarin Chinese. He is seasoned in material sourcing and a manufacturing engineer veteran. He has been in the engineering, manufacturing operations and international sourcing for the past 16 years. Tony has held various engineering and strategic management positions with several large international companies in the United States, supplying products from consumer products to high tech equipment. Previously he was director of sourcing and procurement of forest related products.
